EDIBLE AND POISONOUS WILD FRUITS

Conference organized by the Mycological Group of Crema. In the last decade there have been more poisonous poisonings with poisonous vegetables and fruits than, as we would have expected, with poisonous mushrooms. The speaker will be Dr Roberto Galli from Milan, expert in mycology, botany and the use of mushrooms and vegetables in the kitchen.
