CARE OF THE PERSON WITH DEMENTIA

as part of the events that AIMA CREMA offers on the occasion

of the XXV World Alzheimer's Day, the Association and the

BENEFATTORI CREMASCHI FOUNDATION Onlus, with the patronage of

MUNICIPALITY OF CREMA, ASST CREAM, and CR FORMA, organize a

Conference addressed to General Practitioners, Nurses

Professionals, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists,

Social Workers and all those involved in care

of the person with dementia.

The purpose of the conference is to enhance the importance of early diagnosis

and timely to propose assistance interventions that can

guarantee continuity of care, with reference to the path of the

taking charge of chronicity foreseen by the Lombardy Region, and ai

services present in the Cremasco and Cremona area.
