Go AISM Cremasco invites sportsmen, lovers of outdoor activities and anyone who wants to discover something special to wear headphones to indulge in silent fitness, in a completely unique setting like the historic center of the city of Crema. Two hours of pure fun with the local trainers and the Rainbow Events team that will involve us in the ZUMBA, BODY TRAINING, CAPOEIRA FITNESS and YOGA. The wireless headphones will allow instructors to give training instructions, made even more enjoyable by the musical accompaniment. Meeting scheduled for 3.15 pm at the Campo di Marte.
